Cancellations and reschedule: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows may be charged in full. If we need to reschedule, we will offer the nearest available slot.
Payment: Payment terms are confirmed upon acceptance of your request. Some services may require a deposit.
Scope: Studio HQ provides strategy, audits, training and governance. Build and implementation work is delivered by CO-101 Factory under a separate statement of work.
