Payments made for consultancy, digital management, website builds, back-office services, or other professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If you cancel before any work has started, you may request a full refund of your payment.
2. Digital Products & Memberships

Payments for digital products (such as downloadable files, toolkits, templates, or access to members-only areas or Motion Sync Rooms) are non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

Memberships and subscriptions (e.g., Some1else service retainers or Music division memberships) can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us at hello@co-101.biz and we will provide assistance or replacement access.
3. Events

Tickets or access fees for online or in-person events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.

If you cannot attend, please contact us in advance — we may, at our discretion, transfer your ticket to another date or event.
